Office staff

AAA All Seasons Maintenance

With regard to our office staff, anyone who knows us knows when you call you will probably get Donna Pecci. Donna has been with ASM for over 25 years. Donna handles day to day scheduling as well as overseeing our staff throughout each task and project. Donna is not only an invaluable employee, she is also Alex Sr’ sister. She makes what we all do look easy and we are fortunate to have her onboard. We also have Nancy (Alex’s wife) for accounts payable and receivables and yes we are truly a family owned business.

Raymond Fidalgo Sr

Of course we could not write this without mentioning Ray Fidalgo Sr - (Pop) Alex’s Dad. Through the 1980’s Pop and Alex purchased, rehabbed and maintained many properties throughout Newark, East Orange and all of Essex County, as time went on, Alex decided to expand to what is now AAA ALL Seasons Maintenance (ASM). Everything (ASM) does now in one way or another has a touch of Pop and not a day passes that we all dont remember something he taught us, a lesson he instilled or a joke he told us. He is missed daily and always.
